Enlighten will accept returns under the following circumstances:
If we fill your order incorrectly. (If the items shipped to you do not match your invoice).
For home decor items we will accept returns if an item do not meet your expectations.
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. All shipments are insured for at least the value of their contents.
Return shipping will be paid by Enlighten if the reason for your return is based on a mistake we made in filling your order. For items returned because they do not match expectations, return shipping is generally the customer's responsibility.
All items returned must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition. Prior to returning the item, you must obtain return authorization by contacting us. In order to receive a refund, you must pack the items carefully and make sure that the shipment is insured according to our instructions.

Cookies. We use cookies to store a unique identifier and to maintain session state. You may disable cookies on our site, but you will not be able to add items to your shopping cart, check out, or make a purchase.
Collection of anonymous information. We collect information anonymously from visitors to our site for the purpose of maintaining their shopping cart. Unless you are logged in, none of this information is personally identifiable. All anonymous shopping carts are deleted after 90 days.
Collection of personal information. We maintain personal information associated with your account, including email addresses, telephone numbers, shipping and billing addresses, credit card information required to make a transaction, and some optional information. This information will not be sold or offered to third parties, except as required by law.
Third party use. With limited exceptions, we do not allow third parties access to our customer information. We may need to pass customer name, address, and vendor-specific order line item information to some of our partner vendors for order fulfillment, but these vendors are not allowed to use the information to initiate contact to you and are not allowed to resell or pass this information to others. We receive credit card information only from our payment processing gateway (provided by PayPal) when you complete a transaction.
Email policy. We collect your email address in order to send you information related to your order(s). We may use your email for marketing purposes, but only for those customers who opt-in on the customer information page. In most cases, such email will be used for providing information about new products, special offers, and other information we think will be valuable to you. We rarely send messages more often than once a week.
Mailing lists/telemarketing. We do not lease, rent or sell customer information to any third party. We may send you catalogs or special offers via postal mail, and may employ a vendor to print and prepare such mailings, who will not be allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose. We do not use telemarketing to contact retail customers.
